نلتزم بتوصيل الطلبات في أسرع وقت ممكن مع الحفاظ على جودة الخدمة ودقة التنفيذ.

معالجة الطلبات

يتم تأكيد ومعالجة الطلب خلال 24 ساعة من وقت إتمامه.

مدة التوصيل

  • داخل القاهرة والجيزة: من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل

  • باقي المحافظات: من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل

قد تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب شركة الشحن أو الظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا.

تكلفة الشحن

يتم تحديد تكلفة الشحن عند إتمام الطلب، وقد تختلف حسب موقع العميل ووزن الشحنة.

عنوان التوصيل

يجب إدخال عنوان واضح وكامل لتجنب أي تأخير في عملية التوصيل.

التواصل قبل التسليم

قد تقوم شركة الشحن بالتواصل مع العميل قبل التسليم لتأكيد الاستلام.

عدم الاستلام

في حالة عدم استلام الطلب أو تعذر التواصل مع العميل، قد يتم إرجاع الشحنة، وقد يتم تطبيق رسوم إضافية في حالة إعادة الشحن.

استلام الطلب

يُرجى التأكد من حالة المنتج عند الاستلام، وفي حال وجود أي مشكلة يجب الإبلاغ خلال 48 ساعة.

تعديل أو إلغاء الطلب

يمكن تعديل أو إلغاء الطلب قبل شحنه فقط. بعد الشحن، يتم التعامل مع الطلب وفق سياسة الاسترجاع.

الشحن الدولي

قد يتوفر الشحن خارج مصر حسب الطلب، وتختلف المدة والتكلفة وفقًا للدولة.
