Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Shipping Fees
Please note that the customer is fully responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. If you request a return, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping of the item back to our warehouse.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original, undamaged packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at medicogroup4@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return shipping address along with detailed instructions via email on how and where to send your package. 

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues (Defective Items)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective or incorrect items, Medico will cover the return costs.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, personal care and beauty products can only be returned if they are completely unopened and unused, with the original factory seal intact. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or altered. Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at medicogroup4@gmail.com.

 

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

يسعدنا في Medico تقديم سياسة إرجاع مرنة مدتها 14 يوماً، مما يعني أن لديك 14 يوماً من تاريخ استلام المنتج لطلب إرجاعه.

تكاليف شحن المرتجعات:
يتحمل العميل بالكامل تكلفة مصاريف الشحن الخاصة بإرجاع المنتجات أو استبدالها (في حالة تغيير الرأي)، وتكون تكاليف شحن الإرجاع غير قابلة للاسترداد.

شروط قبول المرتجعات:
لكي يتم قبول طلب الإرجاع، يجب أن يكون المنتج في نفس الحالة التي استلمته بها: غير مستخدم، وبحالته الأصلية، ومع الملصقات (tags)، وفي عبوته الأصلية غير المفتوحة. كما ستحتاج أيضاً إلى تقديم فاتورة الشراء أو إثبات الطلب.

خطوات بدء عملية الإرجاع:
لبدء عملية الإرجاع، يمكنك التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني: medicogroup4@gmail.com. بمجرد الموافقة على طلب الإرجاع الخاص بك، سنقوم بإرسال عنوان شحن المرتجعات إليك عبر البريد الإلكتروني، بالإضافة إلى تعليمات تفصيلية حول كيفية ومكان إرسال الشحنة.

تنبيه هام: لن يتم قبول أي منتجات يتم إرسالها إلينا دون تقديم طلب إرجاع مسبق والموافقة عليه.

التلفيات والمشاكل (المنتجات المعيبة):
يرجى فحص طلبك فور استلامه والتواصل معنا فوراً إذا كان المنتج تالفاً، أو معيباً، أو إذا استلمت منتجاً خاطئاً، حتى نتمكن من تقييم المشكلة وإصلاحها. في حالة المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة، تتحمل الشركة كافة مصاريف الشحن البديل.

المنتجات المستثناة من الإرجاع:
نظراً لطبيعة منتجات العناية الشخصية والتجميل، وحفاظاً على الصحة العامة والسلامة، لا يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال هذه المنتجات إلا إذا كانت مغلقة تماماً، وفي عبوتها الأصلية المغلقة بغطاء الأمان الخاص بالمصنع (Sealed). لا نقبل إرجاع أي منتج تم فتحه أو استخدامه. كما لا ينطبق الإرجاع على المنتجات المباعة خلال فترة التخفيضات (Sale Items) أو بطاقات الهدايا.

استرداد الأموال:
سنقوم بإخطارك بمجرد استلام المرتجع وفحصه، وإعلامك إذا تم قبول الاسترداد أم لا. في حالة الموافقة، سيتم رد المبلغ تلقائياً إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية الخاصة بك في غضون 10 أيام عمل. يرجى تذكر أن الأمر قد يستغرق بعض الوقت من قِبل البنك أو شركة بطاقة الائتمان لمعالجة المبلغ.
